Between early meetings, school drop-offs and never-ending to-do lists, making it to the café every morning isn’t always in the cards. (Not to mention all those nonfat vanilla cold brews, light ice, can really do a number on your wallet.) That’s why when we got the opportunity to try out the Philips 5500 LatteGo—an all-in-one, fully automatic espresso machine—we jumped at it. Needless to say, our coffee game instantly leveled up and we wanted to spread the word. So we partnered with some of our favorite creators to test the LatteGo for themselves. The result? Whether they’re busy parents or seasonal latte fans, these influencers proved how easy it is to make café-style coffees right from home. Check out how the Philips 5500 LatteGo fits perfectly into their daily routines below.

The Daily Latte Lover

Sabrina Tan (@thesabrinatan) had to know whether the Philips 5500 LatteGo could really replace her daily latte runs. (Spoiler alert: Yes!) She was impressed with how easy it was to set up and describes how the fully automatic machine makes coffee drinks with the touch of a button without leaving home. Sabrina can choose from a whopping 20 different hot or iced drinks and the grinder and milk system is built right in, so there’s no extra steps or messy cleanup. Her new go-to is an iced latte after a workout and a hot, creamy caramel latte as a treat. She sums it up: “I swear this machine makes it too easy to be bougie at home. I’m never going back to $6 lattes.”

The Busy Mornings Mom

Right off the bat, Carrington Franklin (@love.carrington) says the LatteGo might be the “mom hack of the year.” Between chaotic mornings with two kids and working from home, Carrington doesn’t have time for a complicated coffee routine. Enter the LatteGo. She loves that there’s no separate frother or second-guessing temperatures necessary—just great coffee drinks and easy cleanup thanks to the AquaClean filtering system, which self-rinses in seconds. Carrington gives the LatteGo two thumbs up and points out that it would make the perfect gift for the coffee lover in your life (even if that person is, um, yourself).

The Drink Expert Dad

Cocktail connoisseur Elliott Clark (@apartment_bartender) is a dad who balls on a budget, but he and his wife also take coffee seriously. With the Philips LatteGo, those two things are no longer mutually exclusive. The couple does, however, have totally different drink preferences. Luckily, the LatteGo lets you save your personal preferences with up to five profiles, so his espressos and americanos and her lattes are kept organized and easily accessible. Elliott’s verdict? As a busy parent, the LatteGo is a “total game changer.”

The Recipe Developer

Sophia Ward (@sophia_renee) has a knack for crafting creative coffee recipes. First, she uses the LatteGo to make a deliciously decadent fall-themed drink with the touch of a button. (How good does that apple crisp macchiato look?) She follows that up with a white mocha cappuccino—totally different drink, equally as easy to whip up. Sophia is calling it now: The Philips LatteGo will be super fun to play with during the holidays. Plus, she can spend less time and money at the café and more time coming up with new coffee drinks from the comfort of her own home.
