Sometimes you’re all about the early-bird special. Other times, you don’t get into town until 11 p.m. or your visiting little sis drags you barhopping and now it’s 2 a.m. and you’re starving. And while the Hamptons is full of delicious eats, it can be surprisingly hard to find a place to grab a late-night bite. Fear not: From greasy bar food to upscale lobster rolls, we’ve got the scoop on where to get a meal after dark.
The Best Late-Night Eats in the Hamptons
North Sea Tavern
Four words: pigs in a blanket. This laid-back bar and grill has a special late-night menu with all the classic bar food (mozzarella sticks, cheese fries and gravy, wings) you want at 3 a.m. There’s even a tzatziki plate so you can tell yourself that’s what you’re going to order when you’ll really end up getting the fries.

If there’s anything more satisfying than late-night pizza, we haven’t discovered it yet. This Bridgehampton mainstay is known for its thin-crust pies, fast and friendly service and the fact that it stays open until midnight year-round.

Open until 4 a.m. on weekends and until midnight on weekdays, 75 Main is a must when you arrive in the Hamptons late and want a real meal. Or when that dessert craving hits at 11 p.m. You know you want that apple crumble.

E.m.p. Summer House
Oysters on the half shell and a fancy lobster roll after 10 p.m.? Yes, please. Last year’s hottest restaurant is back and takes seatings for dinner as late as 11:30 p.m. (But yes, you’re still going to need a reservation.)

Someday we’ll be too grown up for Sloppy Tuna, but that day is not at 1 a.m. after one too many glasses of rosé. This Montauk night spot never fails to deliver, especially if you’re craving calamari or fried mozzarella sticks.
