I may not have been a millennial who was into Harry Potter, but I have a sibling who very much was. So, I understand the hype behind all things Hogwarts. But as a food editor, I really get it when it comes to magically tasty collabs. Enter Krispy Kreme’s latest Harry Potter: Houses of Hogwarts collection, a lineup of spellbinding doughnuts that won’t disappoint Potterheads *or* pastry lovers.

Five treats launched on August 18 at participating locations. There are four main goodies—one for each house—that are as follows:
- Gryffindor Doughnut: unglazed shell doughnut with cookie butter filling, dipped in red icing and Biscoff cookie crumble and topped with golden icing drizzle and the Gryffindor crest
- Slytherin Doughnut: glazed doughnut topped with chocolate, green buttercreme-flavored swirls, chocolate cookie sugar blend and the Slytherin crest
- Hufflepuff Doughnut: unglazed shell doughnut filled with brown butter toffee-flavored custard, dipped in golden yellow icing and topped with black chocolate drizzle, cookie crunch and the Hufflepuff crest
- Ravenclaw Doughnut: glazed doughnut dipped in blueberry-flavored icing, topped with the Ravenclaw crest and sprinkles
There’s also a specialty Sorting Hat Doughnut (pictured, sold separately) with mystery-colored filling, topped with chocolate-flavored icing, shimmery gold stars, gold sugar and a Sorting Hat garnish. Take a bite, and you’ll reveal a surprise color representing one of the four houses and find out where you belong in the Hogwarts ranks.
