Chances are you’re already (at least a little bit) familiar with probiotics. You know, those tiny micro-organisms that can help aid in digestion? But even if you’ve heard of ‘em, it probably seems like a hassle to keep track of another new thing you should add to your diet. (And there’s really only so much yogurt one can eat.)
That’s why when we discovered we could get our probiotics from an easy and refreshing drink, we had to pass along the news. It’s called KeVita, a line of probiotic beverages—including kombucha—that contains carefully crafted blends of fermented cultures and billions of live probiotics. Which means, considering we haven’t passed up a chance to indulge yet this holiday season, we’re adding it to our wellness routine ASAP.
