Our perfect Sunday afternoon includes cheese, wine, and--wait--did we mention tons and tons more cheese? Good news for anyone who feels the same way: There’s a new traveling cheese festival that’s set to deliver just that.
The name? Cheesetopia. Basically, it’s the opportunity to spend an entire Sunday afternoon sipping free wine (OK, so it’s included in the $75 ticket fee) while devouring unlimited amounts of delicious artisan cheeses (like grassfed havarti! and marinated mozzarella!) served up by cheesemongers from all over the Midwest.
One caveat: You have to travel to Chicago to attend this year’s gathering, which is scheduled for April 10. Luckily, the festival will visit a new city every year. Next up is Minneapolis. The year after that, it’s anybody’s game.
All of which sounds pretty gouda to us.
