This packable, portable breakfast in a jar is chock-full of antioxidants, probiotics and calcium for a healthy delicious meal on the go. Oh, and it doesn’t look so bad either.

What You Need:
 - 1½ cups frozen berries
 - ¾ cup skim milk
 - 2 cups plain yogurt
 - 1 cup fresh berries
 - ½ cup granola

Step 1: Blend the frozen berries, skim milk and 1 cup plain yogurt in a blender until well combined.

Step 2: Add the fresh berries to the bottom of a mason jar.

Step 3: Layer in the granola next, followed by 1 cup plain yogurt.

Step 4: Pour the smoothie in on top of the yogurt.

Step 5: Finish it off with an additional sprinkle of granola and fresh fruit.
