Just when you thought your poached egg on toast was looking a little sad, the Internet introduced the prettiest compliment to breakfast: The Avocado Rose.
To make it, all you have to do is pit and peel your avocado, then lay it--cut side down--on your cutting board and slice it thinly. After that, it’s as simple as plating your “rose” beside your delicious egg. It’s almost too pretty to eat.
