Kelly Ripa Wore a Skirt from Last Year on ‘Live’ Today (& It’s Officially Our Favorite Color)

If you haven’t noticed already, we’ve been very focused on Kelly Ripa’s ensemble choices for Live with Kelly and Ryan lately. And since we started paying so much attention to detail, we’ve realized that the 50-year-old star loves bright colors, especially pink. However, there’s one color that we haven’t seen the Live co-host don since last year around this time: Blue. And we’re talking bright blue/turquoise. That is—until today.

For Thursday’s episode of the morning show, the TV personality switched things up and opted for a blue midi skirt, a black turtleneck and a pair of blue suede pumps (and we’re getting major spring vibes). Producers of the series shared their daily behind-the-scenes clip on Instagram featuring Ripa looking confident and dancing in her ensemble as she makes her way to her seat.

Per the post, the pleated skirt is from Cédric Charlier while the turtleneck is Ralph Lauren. After doing some digging, we realized that we’ve actually seen Ripa rock the piece before, during an episode of the series back in February 2020.

Ripa's suede heels by Gianvito Rossi were also a rewear; she rocked them with the same Cédric Charlier skirt for last year’s episode and and more recently again in September, when she paired them with a navy Lyss Dress by Rachel Comey and a neon pink Prada belt.
