So *This* Is Ashley Graham's Secret for Staying Sane as a Busy Mom of Three

Ashley Graham may be a famous model and TV presenter but as a mom of three, the celebrity knows all too well how hard it can be to find some “me time” at home. The star shares sons Isaac (2) and twins Malachi and Roman (six months) with husband Justin Ervin, and recently spoke with us about how she’s navigating parenting multiples.

“It is a lot of fun,” the model tells us. “But it’s all about juggling and making sure that not only are your kids’ needs being met, but your needs, too.” Because as the Sports Illustrated cover star points out, if mom isn’t being taken care of, then it’s hard for her to take care of her kids—you know, the whole put-the-oxygen-mask-on-yourself-first, concept. But how does she do that exactly?

It turns out that Ashley’s trick for getting a few moments of zen in the day is surprisingly simple...although it does require some discipline. “I make sure that I wake up before the kids so I can get my ‘me time’ in,” the model reveals. “I think that really sets the day up for myself.”

Ashley explains that her kids usually get up around 7 a.m., so she sets her alarm for 6:15 a.m. “I can have my coffee, I can do a little yoga...and it's just to have my alone time, whether I meditate or read my Bible—it’s really, like, whatever I feel I need in that moment. I don't stick to a regimen or do the same thing every day, which also helps me with my mental health.”

And, sure, the idea of getting up even earlier than our kids is a tough pill to swallow. But the thought of getting a blissful 30 minutes or more to ourselves each day? Well, that sounds wonderful.

We guess it’s not just her glowing skin we’re coveting—we just might have to copy her morning routine, too. Now, if only Ashley had a trick for nixing those toddler tantrums...
