Jason Bourne fans will love Netflix’s upcoming movie starring Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans.

The streaming service just dropped the first official trailer for The Gray Man, which is based on Mark Greaney’s best-selling book series.

The trailer introduces viewers to Court Gentry (Gosling), a skilled CIA operative who discovers dark secrets about the agency. As a result, Court—AKA Sierra Six—gets targeted by another top assassin, Lloyd Hansen (Evans), resulting in an action-packed cat-and-mouse game.

In addition to Gosling and Evans, The Gray Man also stars Ana de Armas (Deep Water), Regé-Jean Page (Bridgerton), Billy Bob Thornton (Goliath), Wagner Moura (Narcos), Jessica Henwick (Game of Thrones) and Alfre Woodard (Clemency). The film is directed by Avengers: Endgame masterminds Joe and Anthony Russo.

Given the all-star cast and crew, it should come as no surprise that The Gray Man has made history as Netflix’s most expensive film, costing $200 million. According to reports, the streaming service wants to turn the movie into a Jason Bourne-esque franchise focusing on Gosling’s character.

The film’s official synopsis reads, “The Gray Man is CIA operative Court Gentry, a.k.a., Sierra Six. Plucked from a federal penitentiary and recruited by his handler, Donald Fitzroy, Gentry was once a highly-skilled, Agency-sanctioned merchant of death. But now the tables have turned and Six is the target, hunted across the globe by Lloyd Hansen, a former cohort at the CIA, who will stop at nothing to take him out. Agent Dani Miranda has his back. He’ll need it.”

The Gray Man will hit theaters on Friday, July 15, before premiering on Netflix one week later.
