‘Sniper: Ghost Shooter’ Hit Netflix’s Top 10 List (& It’s Just as Stream-Worthy as it Sounds)

It’s not every day that we find ourselves in the mood to stream a high-stakes action movie. But when we do get the urge, we always turn to Netflix for suggestions.

That’s when we stumbled upon Sniper: Ghost Shooter, which just recently claimed a spot on the streaming service’s list of most-watched films. (It’s currently ranked at number four behind What Lies Below, Concrete Cowboy and Friends with Benefits.)

Sniper: Ghost Shooter tells the story of two elite snipers—Brandon Beckett (Chad Michael Collins) and Richard Miller (Billy Zane)—who are assigned to guard a gas pipeline.

The problem? They’re being followed by a ghost shooter, who seems to know exactly where they are at any given moment. This brings Beckett and Miller to the terrifying question: Is the enemy getting help from within?

Ghost Shooter is the sixth movie in the Sniper series, all of which focus on Brandon Beckett. However, viewers don’t necessarily need to watch the previous films in order to follow the story line, since each flick reintroduces the characters.

In addition to Collins and Zane, Sniper: Ghost Shooter also stars Dennis Haysbert (The Colonel), Nick Gomez (Miguel Cervantes), Ravil Isyanov (Colonel Andrei Mashkov), Stephanie Vogt (Robin Slater), Enoch Frost (Sergeant Joe Barnes), Presciliana Esparolini (Gina Aungst), Dominic Mafham (Major Guy Bidwell) and Navid Neghaban (Robert Mothershed).

Ready? Set. Stream!
