Just tell me when & where

After watching Dylan Efron charm his way through The Traitors, I knew I had to chat with him. He became a quick fan favorite and while his name might be more recognizable now, I can confirm he’s still every bit the nature-loving guy he was before the castle.

I got the chance to catch up with Dylan, 33, as he teamed up with Cortizone-10 to launch their Fast Acting Itch Relief Cooling Spray. But of course, I had to start with the Traitors of it all.

When I asked who he still keeps in touch with from the show, he didn’t even hesitate: “Pretty much everybody—especially the ones that live close,” he said. And yes, that includes Rob Mariano aka Boston Rob. “We’re working on some show ideas together. Keep that bromance going,” he teased.

As for whether he’d make a trip back to Scotland for another round of the competition show? “I think so,” he said. “It would be challenging because I wouldn’t be able to play the same game. A lot of people would assume I’d have to be a traitor—which I don’t think is true.” (Personally, I’d love to see it.)

When he’s not starring in a show, he’s bingeing them. His current watchlist? Love Island, Summer House (the Jesse and Lexi drama was "messy,” he said, which—accurate) and Apple TV+’s Your Friends & Neighbors.

But what I loved most was how grounded Dylan still is in his love for nature—which is exactly why the Cortizone-10 collab makes sense. “It’s been a staple because I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had poison oak and bug bites,” he explained. “So when I travel, it’s just kind of something that’s a necessity.”

The campaign also includes a pretty incredible give-back. Cortizone-10 is donating $475,000 to the National Park Foundation to help preserve some of the country’s most iconic landscapes—something that means a lot to Dylan personally.

“That’s where I really fell in love with nature,” he told me. “My dad would take me to Kings Canyon to fly fish. I learned how to rock climb in Joshua Tree. And Yosemite—of course—is one of the most beautiful places on earth.”

And as for what’s next? He said, “I’ve got a five-year plan I can’t talk about just yet…but you’ll see me on some stuff coming up.”

You better believe, whatever it is, I’ll be watching.
