NBC just shared a video to their Instagram page about the next season of hit show The Voice and fans are buzzing.

The video starts with user comments talking about how they wish singer, musician and former coach Adam Levine would return to The Voice. The montage even includes a comment from fellow former coach Blake Sheldon that reads: "BRING ADAM BACK!!!"

We then see Levine talk to camera, saying: "Yeah, we're back. We're coming back. I'm coming back, is what I mean. Season 27, yes, I'm coming back."

Levine served as coach on the show for a staggering 16 consecutive seasons (!) starting with the very first season back in 2011. He left The Voice in 2019 and was replaced by Gwen Stefani.

Levine continues: "I'm so excited. I cannot wait. I'm well rested, I'm ready to go." He also teased: "Team Adam is back. I feel bad for other teams."

Fans of the show are clearly excited, with many taking to the comments to show their support. And many users also commented that they'd like to see another former coach make his return. "If Blake comes back then it’s gonna be the best show of all time 😭" said one commentator and "LETSGO WOOO!!!!!! I wish Blake was still there now. They were my favorite duo and favorite bromance" says another.

Season 27 of the show is slated to return to the small screen spring 2025. But will NBC reveal a Blake Shelton return next? Here's hoping.
