1. This year, Sagaponack’s 11962 zip code became the most expensive place to buy a house in the whole country. The median home sale price is…a whopping $8.5 million.
2. East Hampton was home to one of the first boutique cycling studios ever, the now defunct The Zone, which opened in 1997.
