Mascara has always been my thing. I remember the very first time I used it—Maybelline Great Lash ($10), in my mom’s car on the way to Thanksgiving dinner. I got tons of compliments from my aunt and was immediately hooked. Flash forward more than 20 years, and I still feel the same way about the beauty fave—but I also have a new secret: Grande Cosmetics GrandeLASH-MD lash enhancing serum (was $125, now $88). While it's quite a bit pricier than my Maybelline mascara was back then, it does a lot more than just coat my lashes. Better yet, it's on mega sale at Sephora in honor of National Lash Day, from now through Feb. 24. What better way to celebrate than by snagging a *six month* supply of this magic formula for nearly $40 off?

With this serum, I no longer wear makeup daily and I'm not the least bit tempted by eyelash extensions (oh, the horror stories). Let's be real, who am I really trying to impress aside from my new roommates (ahem, parents) and my dog? But that also doesn't mean I don't want long, fluffy lashes for my own enjoyment.

My Experience Using the GrandeLASH-MD Serum

Grande Cosmetics

GrandeLASH-MD serum was one of the first products I tried when I became a beauty editor, and it's just so good, I've been using it religiously ever since. I know what you're thinking, and no, my lashes didn't fall out, my irises didn't change color and my eyelids don't look darker than the rest of my skin—all three side effects of some other lash serums out there. This one uses a blend of vitamins, antioxidants and amino acids to nourish lashes and accelerate their natural growth cycle. Full disclosure: I've always been decently blessed in the eyelash department, and though they were full, they were never super long and fluttery like I wanted them to be. After just one month of using this product, however, my ordinary lashes were suddenly so long that they nearly touched my eyebrow when my eyes were wide open. I’m not kidding, the results were that impressive. So impressive that I have gotten stopped mid-conversation and asked if they’re natural more times than I can count.

The Bottom Line

I'm always changing up my beauty routine to try new products, but the one thing that has remained consistent for three whole years is my love for the GrandeLASH-MD serum. I just apply the clear liquid to my lash line (the same way you would with liquid eyeliner) before bed each night and reap the benefits of having super long lashes at all times. It is extremely sad when an inch-long eyelash falls out (as they do from time to time), but I know another one will be right behind it. (Thank goodness.)

Needless to say, I'll be stocking up on this game-changing product while it's on sale, ans do should you if you want in on upgrading your lash game.
