You know what time it is: royal wedding time! Um, sort of.
We’re actually still about a month away from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s nuptials, but that’s not stopping anyone from getting in on the excitement. Case in point: Trader Joe’s has a new soda flavor, and it sounds royally inspired.
Introducing lemon elderflower soda. It’s made with elderflower essence (fancy) and cold-pressed lemon juice. And if the ingredient pairing rings a bell, that’s because it’s the same flavor combo as Meghan and Harry’s wedding cake. (That’s some impressive marketing strategy, Joe.)
TJ’s calls it a “softly sweet, sparkling beverage that is light, bright and refreshing.” At a bit less than $4 for a pack of four, it sounds perfect for sipping while we wait patiently for our invitation. (Yes, it’s still missing...but we’re sure it’s on the way.)
