With all of the buzz about the upcoming season of The Bachelorette focused on Clare Crawley’s drama, we still have a ton of questions about what Tayshia Adams’s portion of the series has in store. And while we know very little, fans are beginning to speculate about a possible winner.
ICYMI: Last month, we learned that Bachelor alum Adams was replacing Crawley as the star of season 16, per E! News. A source revealed that Crawley found love shortly after the show started filming, which prompted ABC to pursue a new lead. “The producers have told [Adams] that the season will still lead with Clare and her short-lived journey, and will show Clare falling in love with one of her suitors,” the insider said. “Clare will then conclude her journey and announce that Tayshia is the lead.”
As the season 16 premiere approaches (on Tuesday, October 13, to be exact), fans and internet sleuths alike have begun investing possible winners. The leading conspiracy? A man named Bennett Jordan may have made it to the end, or at least, pretty far. Allow us to explain.
Bachelor Nation noticed that Jordan was one of the last contestants to rejoin (aka reactivate) his social media. However, according to Cosmo, fans believe the evidence is really in his Instagram bio, which reads “Clear Eyes, Full Hearts (+doughnuts and green juice), Can’t Lose.” What does this have to do with Adams? Well, apparently she recently posted a snap of donuts on her Instagram Story. That’s it, those are the clues.
So, while we’re definitely not putting all of our eggs in one basket here, we guess anything can happen...
