Ralph Lauren Just Shared Never-Before-Seen Details of Priyanka Chopra’s Wedding Gown

If you thought Priyanka Chopra’s wedding gown looked ornate in photos, get ready to be even more amazed.

Ralph Lauren, who designed the 36-year-old bride’s custom gown, just revealed never-before-seen dress details and sketches via Twitter.

The iconic American designer explained on Instagram that 15 artisans in Mumbai embroidered the coat of her dress by hand over the course of 1,826 hours. The Chantilly lace-inspired coat included 32,000 pearlescent sequins, 5,600 seed beads and 11,632 Swarovski crystals. Think that’s a lot? Well, the strapless column dress underneath features 2 million sequins. Two. Million.

Also sewn into the coat was her husband’s full name, Nicholas Jersy Jonas, their wedding date, December 1, and the word “compassion.”

You’ve got some steep meaningful wedding dress competition, Princess Eugenie.
