The Royal Family Just Released 4 Brand-New Portraits of Princess Charlotte in Honor of Her Birthday

First, it was Queen Elizabeth. Then, it was Prince Louis. And now, Princess Charlotte is taking over the royal birthday throne.

In honor of Princess Charlotte’s birthday tomorrow, the royal family shared four never-before-seen portraits on Instagram, featuring the young royal delivering food to needy families during the coronavirus pandemic.

The first photo shows Princess Charlotte looking directly at the camera, followed by a few candid shots, which were all taken by her mom, Kate Middleton.

The caption read, “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share four new photographs of Princess Charlotte ahead of her fifth birthday tomorrow. The images were taken by The Duchess as the family helped to pack up and deliver food packages for isolated pensioners in the local area.”

The royal family didn’t reveal any further details about Charlotte’s birthday plans. However, we do know that she’s spending it at Anmer Hall, which is where she’s been self-isolating with Middleton, Prince William and her two siblings, Prince George (6) and Prince Louis (2).

Activities will likely include a family video chat, since Prince William previously revealed that it’s become a weekly tradition. “We’ve been talking to all the family online. And it’s been a really good way of keeping in touch and seeing each other,” he told the BBC.

Wishing a very happy birthday to Princess Charlotte.
