The royal couple's official Instagram account shared an inspiring quote to jumpstart your Tuesday. The post highlighted some wise words from the Dalai Lama on the key to happiness and we're already adding it to our morning mantra.
The post was followed up with a caption that read, "A quote for the week ahead."
It went on to explain the global impact of the Dalai Lama to their 9.4 million followers, stating, "The 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, is a spiritual leader and a man of peace. Through this approach he has received over 150 awards, honorary doctorates, and prizes in recognition of his message of peace, non-violence, inter-religious understanding, universal responsibility and compassion."
This isn't the first time the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have shared inspirational quotes from powerful leaders on their Instagram feed. In the past, they've posted sayings from revolutionary Nelson Mandela, Archbishop Desmond Tutu and even Princess Diana.
The Dalia Lama quote has been liked more than 30,000 times (and counting) with plenty of positive comments from royal fans. Many praised the royal couple for constantly spreading love and kindness. (We do still suspect the duchess herself is the mastermind behind the account.)
So, while we love double tapping on their royal tour and precious family photos (have you seen the pictures of baby Archie???), it's always nice to start the day with a little royal inspiration.
