Prince Harry Interrupted His Honeymoon to Announce Some Very Exciting News

Prince Harry interrupted his royal honeymoon to bring us an important announcement about a cause close to his and Meghan Markle’s hearts.

Today, Harry shared the location and details for the 2020 Invictus Games via the Kensington Palace Twitter, and—drumroll please—it’s going down at The Hague.

Yep, the fifth annual Invictus Games will take place in the Netherlands, a country that Harry says has supported the games since inception. The event brings together “hundreds of servicemen and women” to compete in an array of physical challenges meant to inspire other veterans to stay strong while recovering from “physical and mental injuries.”

Royal aficionados will remember that Harry and Meghan made their first official debut as a couple at the Toronto Invictus Games in September 2017, so surely Meg won’t get too cross at him for shooting off an email or two to spread the news.

PS: Is your honeymoon almost over yet? We’re having withdrawal.
