ICYMI (which, if you're even remotely interested in the royals, you physically couldn't have): Meghan Markle had a baby shower today in New York City. All her celeb friends (Serena Williams, Amal Clooney, Priyanka Chopra, Gayle King, stylist BFF Jessica Mulroney, Misha Nonoo and Meg's Suits co-star Abigail Spencer) came and brought gifts...but Clooney brought two seemingly identical gifts. We repeat: two. Identical. Gifts.
Cue Twitter freakout...and all the twin Baby Sussex theories.
Clooney walked in only two steps before this gift-carrying dude, who was identified as Amal's security guard. She made her way into the gorgeous Upper East Side Mark Hotel to celebrate her close friend the duchess, who's due with her and Prince Harry's first child in late April or early May.
Yep, it's a crazy Twitter theory. But...why would she need two identical gift bags? Could we be getting two royal babies of Sussex?!
Or is it one gift for the royal mama-to-be and one for the baby? Or two gifts for one baby? Or Amal and George's twins each gifting baby Sussex a gift? Or maybe Amal is just trying to throw us off?!
Our mind is running wild with possibilities.
