Disney+ Just Shared the First Footage of the ‘Lizzie McGuire’ Reboot

Since news of the Lizzie McGuire reboot broke back in August (and details quickly followed), fans have been not-so-patiently awaiting footage. Fortunately, the highly anticipated first clip is finally here (!).

Disney+ just shared a quick glimpse of the revival in a YouTube video that features everything coming to the streaming service in 2020. The appearance of a grown-up Lizzie only lasts four seconds, but it's just enough to get viewers even more excited about the new series.

Blink and you'll miss the short (but sweet) sneak peek. Lizzie pops her head into a car (possibly driven by her fiancé?) before saying, "Hi! It's me," with a familiar smile that's totally taking us back to 2004.

She's even sporting the same exact outfit Hilary Duff shared with fans back in October. The photo was from the first day of filming in New York City, revealing that we might just catch a glimpse of Washington Square Park in the premiere episode.

The latest video also showcased movies like The Lion King and Toy Story 4, as well as series coming to the service, including season two of The Mandalorian and The Falcon and Winter Soldier

There's no word on the Lizzie McGuire release date yet, but we can't wait for the show (or at least a longer trailer) to hit our TV screens.
