Kerry Washington Looks Stunning in Baby Blue in New IG Post

Kerry Washington celebrated the Fourth of July over the weekend and she really dressed the part.

On Friday, the 44-year-old actress shared a photo of herself in a baby blue dress on social media. “Feelin this blue #FashionFriday,” she captioned the post on her personal IG account.

Per the tags on the pic, the piece was from the brand Jonathan Simkhai. She paired the ensemble with jewelry from Aurate New York and a pair of shoes from Kandee (although, they were not pictured). She topped off her look with her naturally curly locks in an elegant updo.

Not surprisingly, the post raked in over 55 thousand likes and over 500 comments. One user wrote, “So much beautiful and gorgeous,” while another added, “This blue is feeling you!!!!” While it very well could have been a coincidence that Washington opted to sport the color ahead of the holiday weekend, it was definitely on theme of red, white and blue.

The post comes one week after the Little Fires Everywhere actress shared a series of photos of herself looking stunning in red on her personal Instagram account. The images, which appeared to be taken in her backyard, were shot ahead of a press day for the nail polish brand, OPI. “All RED everything,” she captioned the post alongside a variety of red emojis. “#OPIPressDay.”
