Kelly Ripa Posts Photo of a Shirtless Mark Consuelos Teaching His Kids How to Shave in Father’s Day Tribute

On Monday, the Live with Kelly and Ryan host shared a sweet throwback picture of her hubby teaching their daughter Lola and son Joaquin how to shave. In the snap, we see a shirtless Consuelos with a face full of shaving cream, managing his facial hair in the mirror while his young kids watch. Their eldest son, Michael, was absent from the photo.

“Father’s Day in Italy circa 2010,” Ripa captioned the Instagram. “When Mark taught Lola and Joaquin to shave.” Father’s Day in Italy? Sounds like the ideal way to celebrate.

The shaving-themed post comes shortly after the Riverdale actor showed off new facial hair (something Ripa called the “#markstache”) while filling in for Ryan Seacrest on his wife’s talk show. During the segment, Consuelos revealed his kids were not so much on board. “They say I look like an aging porn star,” he told viewers. We guess they didn’t like the facial hair back in 2010 either.

Over the weekend, the 49-year-old star posted another tribute to all of the important men in her life. Ripa shared a slideshow on Instagram writing, “Shout out to the dads! Aka #daddies #fathers #pops #papa I am lucky enough to have the best father, father-in-law and father for my kids. Love you gents.”
