Kate Middleton Secretly Visited Prince Harry’s Favorite Pub

Kate Middleton recently paid a visit to Prince Harry’s old stomping grounds. (Yes, you read that right.)

Last week, the Duchess of Cambridge, 40, was reportedly seen at Hollywood Arms, which is a pub that’s located in London’s Chelsea neighborhood. If the establishment sounds familiar, it’s probably because the bar was frequented by Prince Harry back in the day.

Long before he met Meghan Markle, the Duke of Sussex used to grab a pint (or three) with his friends at Hollywood Arms. According to The Daily Mail (via Hello! magazine), the royal even had a special entrance in the back, so he could discreetly come and go.

It’s important to note that Middleton’s visit to Hollywood Arms was far more—let’s say—calm than what Prince Harry’s used to. The Duchess of Cambridge reportedly stopped by the pub with a group of parents from Thomas’s Battersea, which is the school her oldest children—Prince George (8) and Princess Charlotte (6)—attend.

“Kate was in last week with parents from her children’s school,” a source told The Daily Mail. “There was no fuss or fanfare.”

This wasn’t the first time that Middleton was spotted at Hollywood Arms with friends. Still, it’s quite surprising that she was able to pencil “happy hour” into her busy schedule last week. Not only was she celebrating Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee, but she was also embarking on a two-day trip to Denmark.
