It’s no secret that Carole Middleton is the proud owner of her company, Party Pieces. However, it seems that Kate Middleton’s mom hasn’t mastered social media (at least not yet).
On Monday, Carole celebrated her 67th birthday. To mark the special occasion, her company’s official account shared a rare throwback photo on Instagram…twice.
You see, Party Pieces accidentally posted the picture one day early. After noticing the mistake, they quickly deleted the post—only to re-share it one day later.
In the black and white photo, Carole is surrounded by kids as she smiles for the camera in a flattering jumpsuit, which features a belted waist and button-down front. According to People, three of the four kids are Carole’s children: Kate, Pippa and James.
If true, Kate is standing on the far right, donning a paper party hat as she blows a horn at her mom’s cheek. While Pippa is donning an animal mask on the far left, she appears to be standing next to young James.
The caption read, “Happiest of Birthdays to the party planner extraordinaire! We hope you have the most magical day.”
Followers filled the comments section with well wishes for Carole. One user wrote, “Happy Birthday! Looking forward to purchasing fun things for my grandchildren, the way I did for my own children.” Another added, “What a great picture! Happiest of birthdays to you Carole.” Plus, one person said what we’re all thinking: “Hasn’t changed a bit.”
