Jessica Simpson’s Daughters Are Mini Versions of Their Mom in New Family Pic

Jessica Simpson and her brood are showing support for one of their own. The group recently attended a baseball game for Simpson's son Ace Knute.

On Tuesday, the 41-year-old shared a sweet snap from the outing featuring herself and her other two children getting ready to cheer on the 8-year-old. “Watchin’ Ace pitch wearin’ paisleys and grubbin’ on pineapple pops #MAXIDREW #BIRDIEMAE,” she captioned a post on her personal Instagram account.

In the snap, we see the Open Book author standing behind her daughters, Birdie Mae (2) and Maxwell Drew (9), as they sit in their sports chairs and enjoy their ice cream. (Even though Simpson’s husband, Erick Johnson, wasn’t featured in the image, he was tagged so we can assume he was in attendance.)

For the outing, Simpson looked casual chic in a brown long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and a pair of the Irella Paisley Print Platform Hiker Booties from her fashion line.

While we were busy adding her boots to our shopping cart, we almost missed the fact that these two girls are growing into mini versions of their mother. (We also can’t believe how big her youngest is getting.) In addition to having the same golden locks, it seems like Birdie and Maxwell also acquired their mom’s smile and face shape.

And we’re clearly not the only ones who noticed the likeness. One Instagram follower commented on the post, “Oh my god look at birdie…mini Jess,” while another stated, “Gorgeous momma & girls!! You all look so alike.”

Good genes definitely run in this family.
