Harry Style’s face looks a little bit different these days because the “Watermelon Sugar” singer just sported new facial hair during a run through Rome.
Yup, the musician showed off his ’70s-inspired mustache while working out during his vacation to Italy. Styles wore a gray tank top, black gym shorts (which are a total '80s throwback) and black and white sneakers. He topped off the look with a blue baseball cap and sunglasses. Needless to say, we're inspired to update our own workout look.
We first got a glimpse of the new mustache during his recent trip to Modena, where the 26-year-old paid a visit to Villa Manodori. “Many thanks for your visit @harrystyles, enjoy our little gift!” the olive oil company captioned a snap of Styles holding a bottle of balsamic vinegar up close to his new stache. The rockstar looked chic in a green and white striped shirt with a pair of blue jeans.
Of course, the internet has feelings on the new look. One fan wrote, “Mustache looks great. Legend!” while another commented, “The outfit, the stache omg.” We’d have to agree.
The facial hair doesn’t come as much of a surprise, considering the musician hinted at wanting a mustache in 2011. "I've decided that I want a mustache...But not like a cool guy mustache. I mean like a Mario mustache :{ Oh Yeaaahhhhhh!!" he wrote in a tweet. Looks like this goal was achieved.
The stache’s debut comes just days after it was announced that Styles has teamed up with Calm, a mindfulness app that helps you sleep better, reduce stress and provide guided meditations. Yes, the Dunkirk actor can now officially read you a bedtime story. In July, the brand simply tweeted: “Wednesday #DreamWithHarry” along with a video featuring a sneak peek of the singer’s voice.
We have a feeling we’ll be seeing this mustache in our dreams tonight, after Harry reads us to sleep.
