Harry Styles Will Now Read You a Bedtime Story (and No This Isn’t a Dream)

Ever wanted a British heartthrob to help you fall asleep? Well, it looks like your wishes have come true (and no you’re not dreaming).

Harry Styles has teamed up with Calm, a mindfulness app that helps you sleep better, reduce stress and provide guided meditations. What does this partnership mean? Styles will read you a bedtime story (because bedtime stories aren’t just for kids). Yup, the ex-One Direction member, Dunkirk actor and man behind the summer hit “Watermelon Sugar” is lending his voice to help you have a good night’s sleep. Only question is, where do we sign up?!

On Monday, the brand simply tweeted: “Wednesday #DreamWithHarry” along with a video featuring a sneak peek of the singer’s voice. The 30-second vid already has 5.1 million views. Who knew the power of “Hello, I’m Harry Styles”? (There’s also a 20-second excerpt on the Calm site if need some more convincing before you download the app.)

If you do download, you can try the app’s 7-day trial or subscribe for $15 a month/$70 a year, to have access to Styles’s “Dream with Me” story in the app’s Sleep Stories section, which already has an impressive celeb narrators lineup like Nick Offerman, Matthew McConaughey and Laura Dern, to name a few. (We even tried another British fave, Stephen Fry, a while back and loved it.)

“Sleep and meditation are a huge part of my routine, whether I’m at home, in the studio, or out on the road. Rest and recovery is as important as doing the work. Finding a balance has been endlessly beneficial to both my physical and mental health. It’s changed my life,” Styles said in a press release. “I’m so happy to be collaborating with Calm at a time when the world needs all the healing it can get. Treat people with kindness.”

So, snuggle in bed, close your eyes and let Styles’ soothing voice move you to dreamland.
