Not a whole lot. The stars of the series revealed on social media that filming has wrapped. Schur also revealed a few small tidbits about the plot at San Diego Comic-Con, saying that viewers “may meet a new Janet this year.” We’re guessing he means that literally and not figuratively, as the Alexa-like machine did get more and more human(ish) in the season three finale.
We’ll, of course, be wondering if Eleanor and Chidi will finally get together, although since Chidi erased his memory, things aren’t looking great. In the same TVLine interview, Schur revealed that Eleanor is now taking on more of a leadership role (which she doesn’t like) and having to deal with the fact that the love of her life no longer knows who she is. The stakes are high and a lot of the relationship stories explored in season three will begin to come to a close (Tahani and her sister, Jason and his dad, etc.).
We’ll have to wait and see what goes down when the season premiere airs on Thursday, September 26.
