Ellen Degeneres Just Revealed She Met and Fed Royal Baby Archie (and We’re Totally Jealous)

Ellen Degeneres just proved that she had a way better summer than the rest of us. During her talk show, the comedian shared that she spent an entire afternoon with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in London.

And just when we thought we couldn’t possibly be any more jealous, the talk show host revealed that she even had the opportunity to meet, hold and feed (!) baby Archie.

Yup, the 61-year-old dropped the news (nonchalantly we might add) during the opening monologue of The Ellen Degeneres Show, which premiered its first episode of season 17 on Monday.

"I got to hold little Archie, the baby," she said. "I fed Archie, I held Archie. He weighs 15 pounds, which, the exchange rate, I believe, is $17 here." Very clever as always.

Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to provide any photos (obviously), but she told the audience that the royal baby definitely resembles his father.

"He looks like Harry," she said. Stating that he had a “perfectly circular head, just like Harry,” and a lot of hair.

From the sound of it, it seems like Degeneres and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s son really hit it off. We just have one question: Can we get the invite next time?
