The 54-year-old actress made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week to promote her new Facebook show 9 Months with Courteney Cox. And Courtney, who has no social media presence, is finally ready to take the plunge and join Instagram.
Ellen, a queen of Instagram herself, wasted no time in providing Cox the perfect setup to take her debut ’Gram photo. But this isn’t Ellen’s first rodeo when it comes to helping celebs up their followers…who could forget Julia Roberts and her breast plate?
The photo location? Ellen surprised Cox with a setup that looked a lot like Central Perk in Friends. If that wasn’t enough, Cox’s real life friend and co-star Lisa Kudrow made an unexpected stop by the studio. This kind of counts as a reunion, right?
“Hello Instagram! I’m here with a little help from my friends,” she captioned her very first post.
Cox’s new Facebook Watch show 9 Months with Courteney Cox, follows families as they share their intimate, unfiltered experiences with pregnancy. (It looks like we’ll need tissues for this one.)
