Just because Chris Harrison is the beloved host of The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise doesn’t mean everyone knows who he is. Just ask the cast of The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart.

The Bachelor Nation host, 48, recently sat down for an interview with Us Weekly, where he shared details about the highly anticipated spin-off show. While discussing the contestants, Harrison admitted that they aren’t your typical Bachelor Nation stars. In fact, some of the musicians have never seen an episode of The Bachelor in their life.

“It was funny. I knew who they were because I had studied who they were, but they don’t know me. They don’t really know the show. It was a brand-new experiment,” he said.

Harrison even admitted that one of the contestants mistook him for Chris Hansen of To Catch a Predator. “One of the guys was a little, like, ‘Is it Chris Hansen?’” he added. “I was like, ‘Nope, not catching predators!’”

The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart follows 20 single contestants as they try to find love. Harrison revealed that the show is very similar to Bachelor in Paradise…but with a musical twist.

“With the rose ceremonies, there are men and women, women hand out the roses to the guys, guys will then hand out roses to the women and people will be going home based on those relationships—having nothing to do with the music,” he explained. “Music’s always a part of the show on the dates and you know, they’ll be at the house, playing for each other, but it’s not about the performances.”

As for Harrison’s identity crisis, what could be more humbling than getting mistaken for Chris Hansen? The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart premieres tonight, April 13, at 8 p.m. on ABC.
