This day just keeps getting better and better. Not only is it Friday, but the internet has been blessed with new photos of Brad Pitt looking dashing as he volunteers to help the community.
On Thursday, the Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood star was photographed volunteering in South Central Los Angeles, helping distribute free boxes of groceries to neighborhood families in need.
In the photographs, which can be found on The Daily Mail, we see Pitt driving a delivery truck, carrying and transporting boxes of fresh produce and taking a quick break while smoking a cigarette and chatting with a volunteer.
For the occasion, the 56-year-old actor wore a red, black and white checkered flannel button-down shirt, a white T-shirt and jeans. According to Entertainment Tonight, the Oscar winner worked for hours and talked with fellow volunteers throughout the day. Of course, he took proper coronavirus precautions and wore PPE while maintaining a safe, social distance.
Pitt isn’t the only one who was busy volunteering this month. Last week, Prince Harry volunteered with a veterans' charity in Compton in southern Los Angeles. Called the Walker Family Events Foundation, the organization provides support to veterans and their families struggling with homelessness due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Like Pitt, the 35-year-old also helped pack boxes and deliver food to the community.
Who knew these two had so much in common? Maybe next time they’ll volunteer together.
