Amy Schumer Goes on a Hike with Her New Baby…in Hospital Underwear

The shot shows Schumer posing with little Gene in his stroller, standing in front of an idyllic backdrop of blue skies and mountains. 

But it's really her outfit that stands out. In the snap, Schumer is rocking a black bra, hospital underwear and sneakers. Her caption? "5 weeks. Hospital underwear for life!"

This isn't the first time Schumer has brought her signature sense of humor to motherhood (or pregnancy, for that matter). 

On Mother's Day, the funny lady posted a photo taken shortly after she gave birth to her son. It features the actress wearing a hospital gown and sitting on the toilet, while her doula cuddles the newborn. She captioned the post, “Milf alert 1 o’clock.”

Just a few days later, she had some choice words for mom-shamers who criticized her for doing standup just weeks after Gene's birth. Alongside a photo of her sitting on a bed (in a similar pair of hospital underwear) while pumping, she wrote, “Sending out love to the moms shaming me for doing standup last night! #tinystairs #schumerpumprules”

Schumer's clearly not one to pull punches where the less glamorous parts of motherhood are concerned, and for that we say: You go, girl.
