Ali Wentworth Is Back as Co-Host of ‘Live with Kelly & Ryan’

Live with Kelly and Ryan is full of familiar faces this week (and no we’re not talking about Kelly Ripa). Ryan Seacrest was joined by a very special co-host—Ali Wentworth—for Monday and Tuesday’s episodes of the popular installment. And we are happy to have her back.

Yesterday, producers of the hit morning show started the week by sharing a behind-the-scenes clip on IG, which revealed that Wentworth was filling in for the All My Children alum. Announcer Deja Vu kicked off the clip by introducing the 45-year-old star and In Living Color actress who proceeded to give Seacrest a kiss on the cheek and take her seat. Unfortunately, the kiss wasn’t allowed due to coronavirus regulations and Wentworth joked that they would have to “edit it out.”

Fans and followers were thrilled to see the TV personality back on the Live stage. One user wrote in the comments, “Can't wait..love the chemistry between the two of you! Ali is hysterical..adore her,” while a second person added, “Ali is the absolute best. I love when she hosts!!!”

And Wentworth wasn’t just filling in for Monday’s installment, she also sat in for Ripa on Tuesday. And although we didn’t get any backstage footage from the episode, the producers teased her return in an Instagram Story on Monday night.
