Whether your 2021 meal plan is working wonders or has already backfired, it’s worth updating your to-eat list to include these easy winter dinners. Each one is equal parts simple and soul-warming.

Wednesday: Honey-Mustard Sheet Pan Salmon

Finish this Asian porridge off with fresh herbs, poached eggs, kimchi, mushrooms or whatever else your umami-loving heart desires.
Friday: Pistachio-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Apple and Escarole Salad
If you insist on eating salad, it might as well have fresh fruit and a zippy Dijon vinaigrette.
Saturday: Cheater’s White Pizza with Béchamel Sauce
Who knew store-bought naan could do all this? Don’t skimp on the toasted garlic chips.
Sunday: Sausage, Corn and Poblano Chowder
Make a double batch and freeze the leftovers—they’ll keep for three months in an airtight container.
