If you’re looking to take your smoothie game to the next level, you’ve come to the right place.
On the latest episode of Take My Money, PureWow creator Pascale highlighted a viral TikTok product that puts the NutriBullet to shame: the Fresh Juice Blender. To determine if it’s worth the hype, she made three different recipes with the portable device and then repeated the process with a normal blender before comparing the results.
According to Pascale (see the video above), the Fresh Juice Blender was designed for those who enjoy smoothies on the go (or simply dread washing a full-size blender). While it looks like a reusable water bottle, it has a small blade on the interior’s bottom that spins when in use.
When compared to a normal blender, the device held its own. The Fresh Juice Blender produced a thicker consistency that’s ideal for bowls, whereas the standard smoothie was much more watery. However, it can’t hold nearly as much fruit as a full-size one, so remember that less is more. Pro tip: If it’s overfilled and not mixing well, give it a good shake.
