For many parents, nap time is the only time to get things done right now—things like work, or cleaning the house, or catching a quarter of an episode on Netflix. But if you're Bachelor couple Lauren & Arie Luyendyk Jr. (season 22), parents to 10-month-old Alessi, when the baby is down, you run to the straight to the bathroom with a box of dye to upgrade your lockdown look. And honestly, after seeing the results, we're not far behind.
Right on cue for Easter Sunday, the couple colored their hair festive pastel pink for Lauren and "silver fox" ice blue for Arie.
"Alessi was napping sooo we did a thing + dyed each others hair lol," Lauren captioned the affectionate photo.
And they're not the only celebs to hop on the hair dye bandwagon. Despite desperate pleas from hairstylists across the nation to just leave your locks be, plenty of stars are using their extra time to experiment with their own at-home color.
Hilary Duff also shared a photo of her fresh blue 'do on Monday, a pretty stark change from her usual bright blonde locks.
And last week, Jennifer Love Hewitt went for a bold pink, begging her hairstylist Nikki Lee not to be mad in the caption.
As for us? We're thinking a little bright color might be just the thing our unwashed messy bun needs.
