Ashley Graham's Face as She Meets Jay Ellis at the Oscars Is All of Us

The 2023 Oscars Red Carpet was flooded with stars who were dressed to the nines. And per usual, famous BFFs got the chance to reunite while others connected for the first time, making for some of the most memorable moments. But our favorite by far? Ashley Graham's run-in with none other than Top Gun: Maverick star, Jay Ellis.

Just moments before the ceremony, Graham and Ellis were spotted interacting on the champagne-colored carpet—a color choice meant to evoke "calm and peacefulness," according to Lisa Love, a creative consultant for the Oscars. And the look on Graham's face is honestly all of us.

Clearly, Graham, who hit the champagne-colored carpet in an all-black ensemble, couldn't contain her excitement after spotting the star, who stole the show in a custom Fendi tuxedo with shiny black beads. In the pic, the model and TV personality gives the actor a sly, playful look as they exchange glances.

The two stars briefly engaged in conversation before continuing to mingle on the champagne carpet. But, TBH, we're already hoping for a collaboration between these two.

Fortunately, the model's conversation with Ellis wasn't the only highlight. Graham also bonded with actress Zoe Saldaña, who is a fellow mom. On the champagne carpet, she told the actress, "It's absolutely chaos but so much fun in my house. What is it like in your house?"

In response, Saldaña agreed and said, "Absolute chaos and so much fun."

Now, if only we could get a hint at what Graham and Ellis were so chatty about.
