The Super Bowl may be over, but we’re still trying to pick our jaw up off the ground after that epic Shakira/Jennifer Lopez joint halftime show. We watched them in awe for all 15 glorious minutes, and while we couldn’t take our eyes off both of their impeccably toned bodies (like, how?!), the real star was J.Lo’s hair. Seriously, it deserved its own Super Bowl ring.

Celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton was on deck, curling and teasing her mane up to the very last minute before she took the stage—and it paid off. While it would likely take years and a lot of training to get on Shakira’s and J.Lo’s performance level, we can get our hair to look (nearly) as good courtesy of these five simple products used by Appleton.
