Bio Highlights
From Ribera del Duero, Spain, Rubén got his start in London as Assistant Sommelier at Michelin three-star restaurant The Fat Duck. He moved to New York where he was Head Sommelier for Avroko Hospitality Group before working as Wine Director for legendary wine restaurant Veritas. In his free time he collaborates with organizations as a wine lecturer and judge.
