Attention Brides! Brandon Maxwell Is Giving Away 3 Wedding Dresses

Due to social distancing, many soon-to-be newlyweds are rescheduling their weddings for a future date. While some companies—like The Knot—are launching hotlines to help answer questions, Brandon Maxwell is doing his part by offering brides the opportunity of a lifetime.

The fashion designer just announced that he’s holding a contest for those who are impacted by coronavirus restrictions. Maxwell encouraged brides to submit their stories and revealed that he’ll gift three lucky applicants a wedding dress.

He wrote, “As a company who has been fortunate to play a small part in so many women’s special days, we realize the current crisis and the economic repercussions from it may have already deeply affected you. In times of darkness we must look to the light, and we believe an optimistic moment to look forward to is important.”

Maxwell went on to deliver the kicker, adding, “As a result, we’re gifting three wedding dresses to brides in need. Our friends @gigiburris & @evafehren have also kindly joined us to donate veils and wedding bands.”

The fashion designer encouraged brides to apply by sending an email to yourspecialday@brandonvmaxwell.com. Maxwell instructed applicants to include their wedding details, along with any photos, videos, poems or other mementos that tell his/her story. All submissions must be sent by March 30. May the odds be ever in your favor.
