GMG Event Terms

Your spot for our PureWow/GMG/Coveteur Event is confirmed! We can't wait to celebrate with you.

By joining us, you're agreeing to a few necessary things so we can make this event a success and share the fun:

You agree that by submitting this RSVP and attending or participating in any of our Covetuer, PureWow, or Gallery Media Group event(s) (collectively, the “Event”) that: (a) VaynerStudios, LLC d/b/a Gallery Media Group, its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries and each of their owners, directors, officers, members, employees, agents, clients and licensees (collectively, “GMG”), the venue and Event sponsors and any and all press/media outlets are permitted to: (1) photograph, video, sound record and/or otherwise capture Your attendance at, or participation in, the Event (the results and proceeds thereof, collectively, the “Event Content”); (2) use Your name (and/or any professional and/or stage name, if applicable), image, likeness, voice, quotes, persona, biographical information, social media name(s) / handle(s) (collectively, your “Likeness”) as it appears in Event Content, and/or separately in connection with the Event, and (3) use any content that You may post to Your social media handle(s) related to the Event, GMG or any authorized Event sponsors, in each case, edited/altered as GMG (and Event sponsors) sees fit, in whole or in part, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, anywhere in the world, irrevocably and in perpetuity for any purpose whatsoever (including all commercial, promotional, syndication and marketing purposes for the benefit of GMG, the Event, and Event sponsors); (b) You will not use content that You capture at the Event (including but not limited to photos, video and/or audio) for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of GMG; and (c) You will follow the instructions of GMG and Event staff and only access the permitted area(s) at the Event. You understand this invitation is personal, non-transferable and is revocable up to and during the Event, at the sole discretion of GMG, and staff. 

You hereby release GMG and Event sponsors from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses and other liability, including, but not limited to, liability related to: (a) the use of Event Content, including, without limitation, any claims based on libel, the right of publicity, the right of privacy or the commercial appropriation or use of name or likeness; (b) personal injuries or death, and any damage to persons and property, which may be sustained or incurred, directly or indirectly, as a result of invite or other access to the Event, or while traveling to, preparing for, attending and/or participating in the Event and/or any related hospitality activity; and (c) any losses incurred (including, but not limited to, travel expenses to and from the Event) as a result of a change in the Event date, time, location, or cancelation of the Event, whether or not such change in the Event is caused by force majeure or the acts of third parties. 

You represent that You are at least 25 years of age, and You understand anyone under the age of 25 may not enter the Event.

By submitting this RSVP, You agree that GMG or authorized Event sponsors may contact me for marketing and promotional purposes.  Information submitted through this form is subject to our Privacy Policy.
