This ‘Troop Beverly Hills’ Reunion Is a Total Thrill

It’s been 30 (!) years since Troop Beverly Hills hit theaters. And now, the gang’s officially back together again.

In honor of the movie’s 30th anniversary yesterday, the cast reunited for an exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight, where they posed for pictures and discussed the popular 1989 film.

Returning cast members included Shelley Long (Phyllis), Tori Spelling (Jamie), Betty Thomas (Velda), Kellie Martin (Emily) and Aquilina Soriano (Lily). While discussing the surprise reunion, Long revealed that she couldn’t resist one more troop gathering.

“May I say? I am so proud of these girls and this girl too,” she said while hugging Thomas. “I am! You know I am. And that’s really why I did this, because of the girls. They are so wonderful.”

Long proceeded to recite the troop’s memorable motto, saying, “Well, you can be a Beverly Hills girl! One, two, three, four!”

This prompted the entire group to join in and confirm they haven’t forgotten a thing, adding, “We’re the girls from Beverly Hills, shopping is our greatest skill! We will fight and try real hard, leave behind our credit card! Beverly Hills, what a thrill! Beverly Hills, what a thrill!”

If you need us, we’ll be doing the Freddie.
