Simone Biles is swapping her red, white and blue uniform for a rainbow tie-dye swimsuit.
Just days after returning home from the Tokyo Olympics, the 24-year-old champion is enjoying some much-needed time off. On Sunday, the gymnast shared a slideshow of photos featuring herself donning a tie-dye bikini while lounging around the pool. “Sweet like candy,” she captioned the post on her personal Instagram account.
And we weren’t the only ones who were happy to see Biles taking time to relax. Fans and followers quickly filled the comments with praises for her strength and accomplishments. One user wrote, “You do you!! It’s time you let loose, relax, and be that beautiful Simone you are! You are the best gymnast in the world, but that’s not who you are. You are an incredible young woman.”
Of course, a handful of fans were also loving her swimwear. Another follower wrote, “You deserve this Hot Girl Summer Simone.” Unfortunately, the jury is still out on where exactly the swimwear is from. However, we managed to find a couple of similar bathing suits that are still available online, including this Shelly Tie Dye Two-Piece Bikini and this Tie Dye Rev Bikini.
The post comes almost one week after Biles competed in the fifth (and final) individual event for gymnastics at this year’s Tokyo Olympics—the balance beam final. And after a difficult few weeks, Biles managed to earn herself a bronze medal with a score of 14.000.
