As Rihanna once sang: “It ain’t nobody’s business, just mine and my baby.” But luckily for us, the pop superstar gave fans a little glimpse into her personal business today, as she offered the first-ever look at her baby boy.
The “Diamonds” singer decided to make a splash with this first glimpse, by using her inaugural TikTok video to do it. “Hacked,” RiRi wrote in her caption, along with a clip of her baby smiling as he sat in a car seat.
In the video, we can hear Rihanna talking to her son as he looks at her (he's not quite at the age to be talking yet).
“Are you trying to get mommy's phone?” she asks as his hands reach toward her device. The infant continues trying to grab her phone throughout the 45-second clip, and it appears that he succeeds at the end, when the camera suddenly goes toward his mouth and the screen goes black.
Fans absolutely loved the surprise clip, like one user who jokingly wrote, “THATS RIHANNAS CHILD? THE CHILD THAT RIHANNA BIRTHED? I DONT FEEL RIGHT LOOKING AT RIHANNAS CHILD.” Another commented, “So adorable.”
Rihanna and her boyfriend, Rakim Mayers (aka A$AP Rocky), welcomed their baby boy back in May, when the singer gave birth at a hospital in Los Angeles. So far, the pair have not revealed the name of their 6-month-old, but after this surprise video, we'll be keeping our fingers crossed that the Fenty founder shares that tidbit soon.
