Princess Sofia of Sweden is addressing Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s decision to lead a life outside of the royal spotlight.

In a new documentary titled Princess Sofia: Project Playground (which aired on September 3 on Sweden's TV4,), the 35-year-old royal was asked if she and her husband, Prince Carl Philip of Sweden, would ever consider following in the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s footsteps with their family. “No. Not really. I think I have found such a fantastic balance, and I really see it as a positive that I have made it through these stormy years,” she said, according to People“It is such a huge advantage, in that we have the opportunity to stand a little in both worlds.”

Similar to Markle, Princess Sofia has definitely lived the best of “both worlds.”  Before she tied the knot to the prince in 2015, she was a well-known model and reality TV star. These days, the royal couple have two young sons together, Prince Alexander (4) and Prince Gabriel (3).

“Since I became a princess, I have been through many identity crises,” Sofia admitted during the documentary. “Here in South Africa [where the footage was filmed] I have a type of identity, and when I come home, I have something else. Here I am allowed to be who I want to be.”

Aside from being the Duchess of Värmland and a mother of two, Sofia also traded her gowns for scrubs in recent months. The princess was working as a medical assistant at the Sophiahemmet hospital and posted her new job title on her Instagram.

Talk about wearing multiple hats.
