Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip of Sweden Post Extremely Rare Pic of the Full Royal Family

Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip of Sweden are finally pulling back the curtain on their life as a family of five.

The couple welcomed their third child together back in March, a baby boy named Julian. The Swedish royal family announced the exciting news in a statement, which confirmed that Princess Sofia gave birth at Danderyd Hospital in Stockholm.

“We are so happy and grateful to be able to welcome our third son to our family,” Prince Carl Philip said. “Princess Sofia and I, and his two big brothers, have all been longing for this day. And now we are looking forward to getting to know this new little member of our family.” The duo is also parents to sons Prince Alexander (4) and Prince Gabriel (3).

And finally, after four months, the royals are sharing their growing family with the world. Over the weekend, they posted a new photo on Instagram featuring the whole gang enjoying some time outdoors. In the snap, baby Julian is sitting on his father's lap, while Sofia holds Gabriel. Alexander is also featured in the photo sitting between his parents on the couch.

“A summer greeting from our family," the royals captioned the image on Instagram.

While this is the first shot of the entire gang together, it isn’t the first we’ve seen of baby Julian. Shortly after his birth, his parents shared two black-and-white photos of their three children together. Sofia wrote, “Life has given me not just one but four beautiful princes. A heartfelt thank you from us for all the warm congratulations in connection with Julian's birth.”
